Self-Inspiration

So I really don’t know what in nature was calling me but without resistance I listen. As some of you may have seen, this past few weeks I’ve been spending more time outside.

From little shroom strolls in parks around GSO to solo hikes in unfamiliar places. At first I was telling myself I was gonna use this time to inspire new music but none of that happened. Instead, I found that I was inspiring “self”.

I don’t know if it was the fresh air or the new scenery but I started finding myself diving a level deeper of self exploration and understanding. I began motivating myself, forgiving myself, and accepting every aspect of my entire being.

At one point I felt the “3 me’s; Akeem, Jackie, and Tojuso all operating in harmony. It’s like we all disconnected from the shell and walked alongside each other conversing and showing appreciation for one another.

It’s been very refreshing and balancing. With that being said, before the summer is over I want to go on a big group outing if y’all down to prowl. Alley Katz link up!
